There is something profound about being completely immersed in and fully aware of the presence of God. There is no beating of the chest, spiking the ball, or chest bumping. A holy fear settles over you, as if you need to hold your breath, remove your shoes, and not move a muscle. It is a sacred.
Isaiah experienced this, and we have the gift of reading about his amazing encounter. His first words are telling: “Woe is me, for I am undone.” If you have been there, you understand. Amid the myriad of distractions coming at you, don’t neglect to pursue and linger in His holy presence. - Pastor Jimmy
