The apostles were empowered by the Spirit, the Church was birthed, and God was moving powerfully and swiftly among them. God’s kingdom was coming and His will was being done, “on earth as it is in heaven.”
The resulting holy fear and awe caused tension as many held them in high esteem, but were afraid to join them. We too must choose between being embraced by the world or respected by the few. - Pastor Jimmy
