I have heard this more than once in my lifetime: “It’s all going to burn.” It’s an attempt to be detached from material things. It’s meant to reassure us.
Scripture indicates there’s truth to this; there is one thing we know that will never pass away: God’s words. His message, His mission, and His truth.
We have been given exactly what He wants us to know through the Scriptures that have endured through generations. Spend time with it.
Get to know it. Live in it and by it. God’s words will by no means pass away. These words are life-changing. Open your Bible; He’s waiting for you. - PJ
