Do you want the person, power, and life of the Holy Spirit to flow out of your heart like rivers of living water? Then believe in Jesus as the scripture has said.
Key phrase, “as the scripture has said,” is the collective witness of Old Testament passages that refer to the Spirit as water that fills and overflows the believer with life, abundance, and joy.
If you are a born-again follower of Jesus, the Holy Spirit indwells in you and is eager to produce an overflow of His presence, person, and power.
