I say this simple phrase every day, “I get to do this!” It’s a reminder that I should never take for granted what God has called me to do. It doesn’t mean there are not difficulties and disappointments.
There are things about what I do that are joyful and life-giving, as well as painful and heartbreaking, however I have learned; what God calls you to, He will equip you for.
Make this simple phrase a part of your daily vocabulary, “I get to do this!” You get to join God in the work He does and as it turns out, it’s the work He has prepared you for. - Pastor Jimmy
