Me or Thee?

Because of David’s deep and personal relationship with God, he understood that God always answers and provides strength as needed. He also grasped that God does not always respond according to his timetable or in the way he desires; rather, God answers according to His will and His plans.
Don’t just read the Bible as a “self-help” or “self-improvement” book. Make your time in Scripture about getting to know God, not just finding principles or steps to get you through another day. In doing so, He becomes the focus, not you. Have an amazing day on purpose.
