Jesus is not oblivious to your situation. He asks the question, “Why are you afraid?,” so you will discover the answer for yourself. He then calms the storm, even though you’re still on the water, to prove that He can be trusted.
Whatever pain, fear, or challenges you are currently experiencing, you can trust Him on the water, in the storm, even if He appears to be asleep as you pray and you cry out. He will never abandon you. - Pastor Jimmy
