Don’t know what to pray? Not a problem, the Holy Spirit, your helper and intercessor, knows exactly what you need and knows how to pray in accordance with the will of your Abba Father. Now that’s good news because there are days when you just have no words.
Rest in the truth of God’s Word that the Holy Spirit is walking alongside you, helping you, advocating for you, counseling you, interceding for you, comforting you, and being the kind of friend that sticks closer than a brother. Rest. Pause. Breathe. Be grateful. - Pastor Jimmy
