Encouragement to Finish the Year Strong

A cursory reading of the letters to the church in Corinth might lead you to believe that Paul was harsh toward the struggling new converts. However, some of the Apostle’s most heartfelt and grace-laced words were written to encourage those who habitually backslid into their old behaviors.
At the end of the letter, Paul exhorts the believers to, “Be on guard. Stand firm in the faith. Be courageous. Be strong. And do everything with love.” As you run through the tape and finish strong, take to heart Paul's encouragement for the coming year. - Pastor Jimmy
