There is much to be said in terms of endurance, perseverance, and resilience. During Holy Week, on this day, Jesus engaged in what is called The Olivet Discourse.
He warned; because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold. Could it be we are seeing this happen in our time? It is sobering to think about as I have known many who have fallen away.
The final phrase of today’s verse speaks volumes, “...but he who stands firm to the end will be saved.” Don’t quit. Stay the course.
Trust that God has you and will keep you when things look dark and bleak. Resolve to never let go and the power of his grace will hold, protect, and cover you. - Pastor Jimmy
